We did this lovely Camel Trail bike ride last weekend. Highly recommended!
It great to do on tandems, especially with family.
From Padstow it takes 2.5 hours.
Check the weather before you go as it can be quite windy.
You can stop half way at the cafe en-route for a coffee, etc.
